What Booked Intros does.
Booked Intros helps property owners, boards and managers organize building work and request introductions to providers in Canada and the United States. Tell us the location, project and timing. We review the request and confirm suitable provider availability before arranging an introduction.
A location guide describes the place and the planning resources relevant to it. Availability is confirmed for the actual property and scope. Ask each provider for the qualifications, insurance and references relevant to your work, and verify them with the appropriate authority.
How we prepare the content.
The guides use AI-assisted drafting and reusable project and property checklists. The project library combines a defined task with the operating considerations of a relevant building type. The checklists help you gather records, plan access, compare proposals and agree on a handover.
Booked Intros is responsible for the published guidance. Technical assessments, designs and regulatory decisions require the appropriate qualified professional and local authority. Use the questions in a guide to prepare that conversation.
Sources and dates.
Local guides link to municipal, provincial, state or other primary sources supporting their factual statements. The source check date records when that reference was consulted. Project-scoping suggestions are editorial guidance from Booked Intros.
Content dates record changes to the guidance. Professional review, when available, is identified separately with the reviewer and scope. Requirements and public resources can change, so confirm the current requirements for your address and proposed work.
Using a project checklist.
Choose the project and property type that match your situation. Identify what is already known, what needs investigation and who can approve the work. Give providers the same starting information so their proposals are easier to compare.
The working checklist stays in your current browser page. Use your browser's print command to keep a copy before leaving. The introduction request form collects the details you choose to send to us. Our privacy policy explains how those details are handled.
